Self-Assessment¶
The Self-Assessment module establishes the Aggregator as an assessed entity within the value chain. By documenting its own organisational profile, governance, and internal management systems, the Aggregator ensures due diligence is applied consistently across all value chain entities — including itself.
KYC / Organisational Profile¶
The organisational profile captures the Aggregator's identity and compliance posture across 9 tabs:
- Legal identity and registration
- Ownership and control structure
- Management and key personnel
- Licensing and regulatory status
- Compliance declarations
- Scope of operations and trade
As information is compiled, the Aggregator identifies and registers relevant individuals and entities as Associated Subjects: beneficial owners, managers, trade partners, operating sites.
Management Systems Self-Assessment¶
Guided forms aligned with OECD Step 1, evaluating:
- Responsible sourcing policy (1-A)
- Internal management systems (1-B)
- Risk identification procedures (1-C)
- Supplier engagement processes (1-D)
- Incident management and grievance mechanisms (1-E)
Associated Subjects¶
The Aggregator is linked to a network of subjects defining its operational and risk context. Each can be profiled, assessed, and included in monitoring:
- Stakeholders — beneficiaries, key personnel, trade partners
- Locations — operating sites
- Events — relevant incidents or activities
- Documents — supporting evidence
